Farmer"s Expectation From Modi

Nothing.Why should a farmer have expectation from Govt?Because Govt can not do any thing to a farmer.Critics may it is over simplification because we are having irrigation facilities,power supply,MSP,fertilizer subsidy,KCC etc.But fact is that there are millions of well off farmers who do not know Govt.
            What is their secret,nothing great.Just they are following their Tradition.

Farming In India

Indian Farmer used to be most affluent prior to British Rule .There were no chemical fertilizer,even no irrigation system in modern sense.But they were happy .During British Rule and afterwards their plight started .Now they are called subsistent population. Why have they become poor ?
